Detect sequencing platform on per read basis via platform specific aux tags (if available) or via read name.
This enables FIRE to handle BAMs with reads from both ONT and Pacbio. If we can't determine based on tags or readname, we default to Pacbio. Using the
--ontflag forces all reads to be treated as ONT regardless of tags or name.PacBio sources:
